Shipping Policy – Rolling Peach Boutique

At Rolling Peach Boutique, we’re so grateful for your order and can’t wait for you to receive your pieces! Please review our shipping policy below.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume times (launches, sales, holidays), processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • We offer free standard shipping on orders over $85.
  • Orders under $85 will pay our flat rate $7 shipping. 
  • We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS and FedEx.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Rolling Peach Boutique is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package has been handed off to the carrier, Rolling Peach Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged (we’re so sorry if that ever happens!), please email us within 3 days of delivery at shoprollingpeach@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We’ll take care of you!

Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances, but we will always do our best to help track down your order if issues arise.
