This dress has been designed with a collard neckline, long sleeves and buttoned cuffs.  A button-up silhouette is accented with an o-ring buckle belt that makes for a flattering fit.  Slightly high-low hemline finishes off the look.  Mini Dress or could be pair with dark slacks or jeans for an office look.
